Returns & Refunds

We hope you fall in love with your Sexy Lingerie purchase. But we understand that there may be times when you need to exchange an item, whether it's for a different size or for personal preferences. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and if for any reason you are not, you can always contact us to return the item in question.

Returns are possible within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that Sexy Lingorie reserves the right to accept or decline any returns that are made outside of this timeframe. To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with attached tags and other accessories intact. We will not accept items that have been damaged, worn, or had their labels removed. If you receive an order where the label of an item is missing, please inform us on the same day if you wish to return the item. We strongly recommend that you check your order thoroughly upon receipt, before removing any tags or labels.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept sexually used items or intimate products such as vibrators and Sylvie Monthulé's thongs. We also kindly ask you to try on your Sexy Lingorie purchases (thong, slip, boxer, etc.) over your own lingerie, as we cannot accept products that are visibly not fitted in this way. Once packages of panties/stockings and body products have been opened, we cannot accept them for return. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on purchases made with a gift card.

Please note that we accept no liability for returned items. Please pack and seal your return item carefully in the original box. Please also note that international customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the EU will not be reimbursed.

Exchanging a Wrong or Damaged Item

If you received a wrong or defective item, please email us at [Support@sexylingorie.com] with the following details: the wrong or damaged item that you wish to exchange, the order number, and possibly photos. We will contact you as soon as possible, and once we receive the return, we will send you a replacement item.

If we have sent you the wrong or damaged item, the return is free of charge, and we will reimburse the cost of the return. Please note that damaged items will only be accepted if they were delivered damaged to you. All damaged items returned to us will be checked, and we reserve the right to decline any items that we believe are due to normal wear and tear. Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock. We can also repair items upon request, but we do not guarantee repairs.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method chosen and the processing time of the relevant bank or credit card company.
